A Celebration of Life for Roger Cowper will be held on Sunday April 24th, 2016 at Ellerslie Rugby Park in Edmonton. The doors will be open at 1 PM with the formal program starting at 2 PM. There will be a light lunch served after the program. The cash bar will be open until 5 PM. There will be a short photo-video presentation during the formal program.
